Features


The single bellow expansion joint for angular movement is manufacture with a metal articulation to accompany the bellow around a pivot. one set of convolutions welded with carbon steel or stainless steel tube connections. Eventhough, it can absorb movements in any direction, this model is mainly used for axial movements.  

Available for exhaust gas, liquid medium and steam, the bellow is calculated following EJMA with a design pressure, temperature and movements. Accessories can be added to protect, guide or limit the expansion such as covers, liners and tie rods.

Warnings :
  • The hinges need to be design to resist to pressure
  • Respect the acceptable movements
  • For large movements, use by pair
  • Request a inner liner when medium is 7 m/sec and higher, or with steam

KES2 - DOUBLE BELLOWS WITH WELDING ENDS

Features


The double bellow welding ends expansion joint is manufacture with two sets of convolutions welded in between them and at eahc end with carbon steel or stainless steel tube connections. They are specially manufacture for large movements. 

They have also the same fuctions as the single bellow, available for exhaust gas, liquid medium and steam.  They follow the same EJMA calculation note. Accessories can be added to protect, stabilized, guide or limit the expansion such as covers, liners and tie rods.

  • No need for gaskets 
  • Welded, no leakage possible
  • Large movements
Warnings :
  • Always welded between two anchors (close to one of them)
  • Guide the pipeline
  • Respect the acceptable movements
